Cancellations & Refunds

How to cancel
- Go to Account → Billing and click Cancel subscription.
- You'll receive an email confirming cancellation.
- Access continues until the end of your current paid period; no further renewals will be charged.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. We may send a reminder in advance where required by law or our policies.
Cooling-off for new purchases
If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have a statutory right to cancel a new digital subscription within 14 days of purchase. By starting to use Leaftide during this period, you acknowledge the service begins immediately and that we may deduct a proportionate amount for the period used.
Refunds
- We don't generally refund partial billing periods once service has started.
- If you were charged in error or could not access the service due to an issue on our side, contact us within 14 days and we will review case-by-case.
- Where a refund is approved, it will be made to the original payment method.
Upgrades & downgrades
- Upgrades take effect immediately. We charge a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the period.
- Downgrades apply at the next renewal date. Features above your new plan's limits may become read-only or unavailable.
